Holiday Cottages
 We have various holiday cottages for rent on the

Residential
 As
well as our holiday cottages, a large number of houses and cottages
on the Estate are occupied by permanent residents. They range
from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms, from terraced to fully detached
properties, and are in a variety of locations from remote countryside
to the outskirts of the local village of Eglwysbach. From time
to time one of these properties becomes vacant and needs to
be re-let unfurnished on an assured shorthold tenancy for 6
months or more.

is currently available, he will take your details and contact
you when a suitable property becomes available.
Commercial
The Estate has a limited amount of rented
commercial property, including a commercial unit in a sawmill,
small units for storage space, and garages.
Occasionally commercial property becomes vacant and needs
to be re-let. For rental enquiries, please contact the Estate
