Ty Ucha’r Ffordd, sleeping 2, is a pretty
stone cottage, standing in a secluded position above the Eglwysbach
valley, with spectacular views of pastoral and wooded landscape
framed by a panorama of the Carneddau mountains of Snowdonia
National Park.
Although the cottage is compact, it has been sympathetically
extended to provide generous openings between the main rooms.
It also has the unusual feature of a small study fully kitted
out with a desk and a telephone / modem point – ideal
for writers or others seeking solitude for working away from
home.
The cottage has been delightfully furnished throughout and
decorated in a traditional style. Highlights include a new
oak floor throughout the sitting room and the kitchen / dining
room; a shaker-style kitchen; and a bathroom with perhaps
the finest view from a bath in North Wales!
Outside the kitchen there is a terraced area with fine views,
and other sitting areas have been created around the house
and in the garden.
