Sitting high above the Conwy Valley, nestled among fields with woodland in the middle distance, this recently restored barn conversion has been delightfully restored to a high standard and is decorated in a traditional yet modern style, with a predominantly  south-western aspect which takes advantage of the views.

Bryn Mawr provides an abundance of  space in the living area which is ideal for larger groups of friends and family.  With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two terraces, the barn is equipped with a large fully fitted kitchen diner with a hand crafted staircase leading to a spacious living area.  This detached barn conversion lies off a farm track in the heart of the Estate whereby you will find glorious walks along over 20km of private paths through woods and across farmland.

The property can be reached by car, but cannot be reached by public transport. It is approximately 6 miles to Llandudno Junction and 8 miles to Llandudno


Adjacent to property. Suitable parking for up to five cars.

Internet Access

Currently no internet!  We are waiting on BT to install a new line.


Dogs are permitted but they must be kept strictly under control due to sheep and cattle in adjacent fields.


Access via gravel farm track.  Graveled paths surrounding the property, lawn and two patio areas. Rural overlooking hills.


Mobile phone reception is poor, mains power supply, LPG gas, Log burner. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Smoking outdoors only.
