Garth Iwrch, sleeping 4, is a secluded farmhouse nestling high above the attractive Eglwysbach valley with commanding views towards the Denbigh Moors. Built on the lea side of a hill, it sits in a sheltered position with fields and woods spread out before it.

This beautiful old farmhouse retains many period features including beamed ceilings, an original slate floor in the sitting room and original small paned sash windows. Lovingly restored, it now boasts a south-facing terrace and a snug with woodburning stove.

The property lies in the heart of the Bodnant Estate, with easy access to various fine walks along private paths on the Estate. Just three minutes walk above Garth Iwrch takes you onto Garth mountain, with some spectacular views to the West over the Carneddau mountains.

The property can be reached by car, but cannot be reached by public transport. It is approximately 6 miles to Llandudno Junction and 8 miles to Llandudno
